Preparing for your visit to Scolton Manor

Site Accessibility

The majority of Scolton’s grounds and buildings are wheelchair-accessible and buggy-friendly. Since the Manor House is a Grade II* listed building alterations have not been possible, and the first floor and cellar spaces are accessible only via stairs.

Disabled toilets and baby-changing facilities are available.

Getting Here & Getting Around

Disabled Parking & Coach Parking available.

Most of the site is accessible via demarcated pathways suitable for buggies and wheelchairs.

We have a wheelchair available at the manor house to be borrowed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bikes for adults and children, as well as accessibility trikes, will be available for hire from the Tufton Shop from May 2022.

Please note: some of our pathways and grounds may become muddy following inclement weather and this may reduce ease of access.
